- Yes — a conversation first, then a visit by appointment.
- Does writing to you reserve a puppy?
- No. An enquiry begins a conversation; it does not guarantee a puppy — we say so plainly.
- Is there a waiting list?
- Litters here are few, and we publish nothing we have not confirmed. How things stand — and how we handle requests — belongs to the first conversation.
- Can we choose a puppy from a photograph?
- A photograph can open an interest. The choice asks for more — the character we have watched, your family, your home, your expectations.
- What happens if our life changes?
- We want to know. The mutual responsibilities — and any return arrangement — are written into the contract.
